Tumble Time makes an email address available to each staff member for their own personal and professional use, while they are active with Tumble Time.  Using a Tumble Time Email address which is forwarded to your home email address prevents your home email address being known by everyone.  
 

The email address is formatted using the staff members first name and then "@tumbletime-gym.com".  Should there be duplicate first names, first letters of the last names are added to make each email address unique.

 
 It is not necessary to make any changes or even access your Tumble Time email account to your email account to have messages forwarded to your home email address from your Tumble Time email account.
 
Access to email accounts can be from this website (Staff Email Access page) or from any Internet access point, such as your home computer. 
 
http://webmail.tumbletime-gym.com:9998/login.aspx pasted into your Internet Explorer or made part of your "Favorites" will allow access to your emails from anywhere.
 
To make any changes to your email account, such as, password changes or automatic notices during vacation or injury time off, please contact the Webmaster
 

 
 

Group Emailing is available to selected coaches in Tumble Time to enable the speedy and efficient communication with their respective Tumble Time groups.
 
Coaches with Group email capability are the only person allowed to send group emails to their special email lists. 
 
Access to the Tumble Time Email system is available from the Staff menu in www.tumbletime-gym.comand at the following URL from anywhere on the Internet:http://generic50.powerdnn.com:9998/Login.aspx.    Coaches who prefer to access their mass email accounts from home might wish to add the URL above to their home “Favorites”.
 
When accessed, the page looks like:

Enter your Tumble Time Email address (yourfirstname@tumbletime-gym.com) and your password.  Then click the login icon to go to your personal account.  
 
Passwords are provided separately by email  from webmaster@tumbletime-gym.com.
 
Your first screen will look like this:

This screen occurs only the first time you login to allow you to set the local time zone, which is as you see it above.
 
Once that’s done, click finish and you will see the next screen which is your personal account.
