CLASS TIME AND PICK UP:

Parents and students should be on time for class and for pick-up. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not participate as warm-ups are extremely important.

VIEWING:

Gymnastics parent, siblings and accompanied guests will be allowed to view from our designated parent areas. There is a play area with toys in the downstairs lobby for children. Parents with younger children should view in the downstairs lobby to reduce noise and distraction to the children in class.
Dance parents are able to view class from the top half of the glass door to the dance room. Parents will be invited into the classroom for observation days twice a year.

Dancer parents should limit the amount of viewing, as it can be distracting to your dancer and others.

Please also remember to keep noise level down in the lobby. If you have small children with you, we ask that you keep them downstairs in the play area.

FACILITY:

Please be courteous and pick up after yourself and your children. We work hard to keep the facility neat and clean. Many hands make light work. For safety reasons please watch your children play carefully when they are not in class. Young children should not be left unattended.

Children and parents are not allowed in the gym without a coach. Students are not allowed on the equipment without an instructor. There is no running or gymnastics allowed in the lobby. Cubbies are for student belongings while in class. Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym. Team gymnasts use lockers.

Tumble Time is not responsible for food or money lost in the vending machines. Please see someone in the office if there is a problem, we will do our best to help out. Please do not rock or shake the machines.

Bathrooms are located downstairs at the end of the gymnastics cubby hallway and in the gym itself.

The dance room is located upstairs. There are cubbies for dancers’ belongings. Please remember to keep bags closed while in class and please leave valuables at home. Dancers may bring water bottle, properly labeled with their name, into class. Water is the only drink allowed in the dance room.
